The Lyceum embraces value-based learning through the core principles of respect, integrity, compassion and accountability.
A STEM Incubation Center
The Lyceum is the first and only high school in Pakistan to introduce this concept of an in-house, state-of-the-art Fabrication Lab. This program allows our students to adopt a more sophisticated, hands-on, science learning experience. By placing technology-demonstrator equipment within the institution, more students can benefit from and utilize the facility.
About the FabLab
The FABLAB intends to become the demonstrable seed model for dedicated incubation labs in other institutions so that students can continue their technology learning and building experience on the premises. By placing technology-demonstrator equipment within the institution more students can benefit from, and utilise, the facility. This program allows the Lyceum to adopt a more sophisticated, hands-on, science learning experience. The seed model
provides a platform to allow a professional approach to technology awareness structured by experts in the field. A STEM-based curriculum which introduces students to the solving of real problems is the core of the FABLAB seed model. The aim is to:
- Build cognitive skills
- Develop professional technology practices
- Reinforce concepts and design methodologies involved in making technical products and applications
- Develop pride in workmanship when creating projects

Currently, the FabLab sessions at The Lyceum are divided into: Workshops & Capstone Projects.
Following are some of the technology areas our students are working on during their time in FabLab:
- Clay Refrigerator
- Solar Power Generation
- Bluetooth controlled robot
- Solar water heater
- Off grid refrigeration
- Design of waste sorting robot
- Vertical axis wind turbine
- Electronic notice board
- Utilization of nanotechnology to resolve energy crisis
- Lifeguard drones
- Energy Generation from Water Management System
